Care plans are required and billed separately from your one-time setup fee. Routine website content updates are managed through your self-service CMS. New features, redesigns, and additional development are quoted separately.
Lite Care is designed for standard website and application usage, including up to 10,000 monthly visitors. Higher traffic, significant AI or video consumption, extensive storage, or other resource-intensive activity may require a higher-capacity plan. Clients will be notified of applicable options and pricing before any change takes effect.
Advanced Care supports additional software capabilities. Specific resource allowances for AI, video conferencing, storage, and platform usage are defined in the applicable subscription agreement.
