Business Blueprint
Mara Logistics, LLC
When a workplace accident changed her family's future, Mara turned her lifelong love of trucks into a new opportunity. Stackwell Studios helped her build an independent freight transportation company, from federal operating authority and business setup to custom software, a professional website, and employee operations.
01 — The Business Vision
When her husband's workplace injury left him unable to continue working, Mara decided to become her family's primary financial provider. Armed with determination, a newly earned CDL, and a business name, she set out to create a trucking company that could support her family and build a better future.
02 — How We Helped
Stackwell Studios managed the complete business development process, including regulatory applications, independent operating authority, commercial insurance coordination, truck acquisition research, and operational documentation. We also built her website and custom business software to manage freight loads, dispatching, drivers, IFTA reporting, invoicing, employee access, and compliance deadlines.
03 — The Outcome
Mara Logistics became an independent trucking business operating under its own MC authority. With a foundation of documented processes and integrated technology, the company supported freight operations, regulatory administration, customer payments, and a growing team of three employees.
